Postdoctoral Researcher in Legacy-to-Rust Transpilation
This position is part of the FORCES research project and focuses on the development of tools to modernize legacy software through language transformation, with an emphasis on security and performance improvements. You will work on transpiling C/C++ to Rust, and applying results to real-world robotic software components.
Requirements: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Programming Languages, System Software, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Postdoctoral Researcher in Cybersecurity and System Software
This position is part of the Cybersecurity Initiative Flanders (CIF) and focuses Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), memory-safe programming (such as Rust), and secure embedded and robotics systems. The goal is to develop automated evaluation pipelines for assessing security and performance, to drive more efficient and secure software systems.
Requirements: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, System Software, Programming Languages, or a related field.

PhD Student Researcher in Legacy-to-Rust Transpilation
This PhD position is part of the FORCES research project and focuses on the modernization of legacy software through the transpilation of C and C++ codebases to Rust. You will work on compiler and transpiler construction, systems programming, and applying research findings to real-world scenarios involving robotic software components.
Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
